Is this a Telegram bot?

No. The app connects to your restaurant's regular Telegram account, so guests message the account, not a bot, and get replies from it.

Will Telegram on my phone keep working?

Yes. The app connects as an extra device, and chats look the same on the phone and in the panel.

How much does it cost?

Telegram Direct is free. The AI assistant needs a Claude or OpenAI app connected in your restaurant.

How do I disconnect?

Click “Disconnect” in the panel, or on your phone go to Telegram → Settings → Devices → “laCafe Telegram Direct” → terminate session.

Can I connect several accounts?

Yes, one per brand or branch. They all show up in one panel.
